15-Minute Walkthrough

See your whole recruiting run, start to finish, in 15 minutes.

A live walkthrough of TurnoutFlow with a fire and EMS department's workflow in it: the application a recruit fills out on their phone, the pipeline your coordinator works, and the roster, training, and truck checks it all feeds.

  • Live product, no slide deck
  • 15 minutes to see it, then questions for as long as you want
  • Built only for fire and EMS, with nothing to translate
  • You keep a written quote, whether or not you buy

No credit card. Nothing to install. Nothing to sign on the call.

What you leave with

Four things you keep, whether or not you ever buy.

The demo is not a sales presentation you sit through to earn a PDF. Everything below is yours at the end of the call.

  1. 01

A live walkthrough of the working product

The screens your coordinator would be looking at, not a slide deck or a recorded video.

  2. 02

A read on your current pipeline

We walk how a recruit gets from "interested" to "riding" at your department today, and mark where they go quiet.

  3. 03

    A written price quote

Flat per-department pricing for your size, in a form you can drop straight into a board packet. Yours free, customer or not.

  4. 04

    A straight answer on fit

If TurnoutFlow is not right for your department, we will tell you on the call instead of following up for six months.

Cost: $0 · Time: 15 minutes · Obligation: none

The agenda

You already know how the quarter hour goes.

No discovery-call maze, no second call to see the product. It is one session, the walkthrough fits in a quarter hour, and this is the shape of it.

0–3 min

Your setup

How you recruit today, who touches an application, and what is actually breaking.

3–10 min

The product, live

The mobile application, the pipeline, onboarding packets, the roster, training, and truck checks.

10–13 min

Your numbers

Pricing for a department your size, and what the first year actually costs you.

13–15 min

The next step, or none

A written quote either way. No signature exists on this call.

Then questions, for as long as you have them.

The clock is on the demo, not on you. Bring the officer who will ask the hard ones. We would rather answer everything now than trade emails for a month.

Why departments book this

Recruits rarely quit. They just stop hearing back.

Three places a volunteer or combination department loses people between "I want to join" and riding, and what replaces each one.

The application is a PDF nobody finishes.

One mobile link. Candidates start on their phone, stop, and pick up where they left off instead of dropping out at the printer.

Nobody owns the follow-up.

A pipeline grouped by next step, so a recruit cannot sit at the same stage for three weeks without it being obvious.

Onboarding drifts for months.

Packets of videos, documents, quizzes, and sign-offs with due dates that track themselves. No chasing anyone at drill night.

And it does not stop at the hire. The same system carries the member into onboarding, training and skill readiness, issued gear, and apparatus checks. See every area.

Before you book

This is the product, not a mockup.

Real screens from the shipping product with a demo department's data in them. The walkthrough is these screens, live, with your questions in the middle.

Public department landing page with a call to action to start an application

What the recruit sees

Your own public recruiting page, and an application they can finish on a phone.

Applicant pipeline grouped by status with next step and workflow actions per candidate

What your coordinator sees

Every candidate grouped by status, with the next action spelled out.

Department staff dashboard showing certification, equipment, and skill readiness at a glance

What the chief sees

Expiring certifications, open equipment issues, the next drill, and where readiness stands.

Straight answers

The questions chiefs actually ask first.

We are a small volunteer department. Is this overkill?
Pricing is flat per department, not per seat. Every officer, member, and applicant is included at one price, so a 20-person department is not paying like a 200-person one.
We do not have budget this year.
Book the call anyway and take the written quote. Pricing is flat per department and can be paid monthly, so it does not have to land as one capital line. Having a real number in hand is what gets it into the next budget cycle or in front of your board.
Our members are not tech people.
Members sign in from a phone. There is no app store download. Applicants fill out one mobile form and can stop and resume. This is built by firefighters for firefighters.
We already keep records in spreadsheets or another system.
Bring them to the call. We will show you the member import and tell you plainly what carries over and what does not.
Who needs to be on the call?
One person is enough. Most departments bring the recruitment coordinator plus whoever signs, usually a chief or a board member. Bring more if you want; the walkthrough is 15 minutes and we stay for questions however many of you show up.
Is 15 minutes really enough to see it?
Enough to see the whole run: the application, the pipeline, onboarding, the roster, and truck checks. It is a walkthrough, not a training class, and we are not trying to get off the phone. Questions afterward run as long as you want them to.
Are we locked in?
Subscriptions run monthly or annually and renew until you cancel. If you leave, your department can request an export of its data.

Worst case, you spend 15 minutes and walk off with a written quote.

Best case, the next person who wants to join your department finishes the application on their phone tonight.
