Signing in

Your department sets up your TurnoutFlow account. Sign in with the email address your department has on file for you. If you forgot your password, use "Send Password Reset Link" on the sign-in screen. If you are not sure which email address your department used, ask your department.

Applying to a department

Applicants start from the link the department shares, or by entering the department's code at app.turnoutflow.com. Your application saves as you go, and you can sign back in to see where it stands.

Dispatch alerts

Your department decides whether calls are sent to members' phones. If yours is not getting them, check that notifications are allowed for TurnoutFlow in your phone's settings and that you are signed in to the app. Your department can send a test alert.

Your department's records

Your roster entry, the calls you responded to, incident reports, training and LOSAP records belong to your department, which keeps them under public-records and retention laws. For questions about those records, or to ask for a correction, contact your department.

Deleting your account

You can delete your TurnoutFlow account at any time, on the web or in the app: members open My info, department staff open Profile Settings, then choose "Delete your account". Your sign-in email, password, sessions, registered phones and alert settings are removed straight away. What your department keeps is explained there and in our Privacy Policy.
